Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are not available.

If a registered delegate fails to cancel and does not attend the event, no refunds or credit notes will be issued. Further, the registration fee is still owed if payment has not been received.

You may substitute delegates up to 15 days prior to the event, however you are not permitted to split one registration between two or more individuals. In the event that you need to cancel your registration it must be received in writing via email at registration@creativerelationsplanners.com and is subject to the following schedule:

Conference and Day passes

Refunds, less $100, will be processed for requests received in writing via email 30 days or more prior to the event.

Exhibition pass

Refunds, less $50, will be processed for requests received writing via email 30 days or more prior to the event.

Evening Event

Refunds are not available.

Payment Policy

CREDIT CARD: Please follow the instructions of the following page to make your payment online. If registering less than two weeks prior to an event, credit card payment will be required.

Payment is due prior to the conference and includes lunches, refreshments, and all meeting materials available during the conference. Every effort will be made by Creative Relations Event Planning (CREP) to ensure that all speaker materials be provided. If registering less than two weeks prior to an event, credit card payment will be required. We also accept cash.

To facilitate the sending of email, collect survey information, and to process any resulting transactions, Mari-Tech works with a third-party technology provider, Creative Relations Event Planning (CREP), located at 361 Queen Street, Smiths Falls ON, K7A 0A6. By way of contract, CREP has access to your information solely to provide support to Mari-Tech.

To facilitate the sending of email, collect survey information, and to process any resulting transactions, CREP works with a third-party technology provider, EventSystemPro, located at 1114-2720 Queensview Dr., Ottawa ON, K2B1A5. By way of contract, EventSystemPro has access to your information solely to provide support to CREP.  They are not permitted to use your information for ANY additional purpose unless given expressed written consent by either CREP or yourself directly.

Furthermore, we utilize this third-party technology to process online credit card payments. This third-party only uses your information to fulfill their services and operates under strict confidentiality contractual agreements.

Our Merchant Service Provider is Stripe, https://stripe.com/ca. This third-party only uses your information to fulfill their services and operates under strict confidentiality contractual agreements.

To ensure your security and privacy, your credit card and personal information is encrypted with the latest cryptography standards when communicated between the technology we employ to process online payments (EventSystemPro) and our Payment Processor, Stripe.

Please be assured that we also DO NOT STORE credit card information in any format once a transaction has been finalized.

Information Collected: We only request personally identifiable information, in order to provide that service or product to you. At time of registration, information that we gather includes:

Purpose of the Collected Information: Creative Relations Event Planning (CREP) uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction and to communicate back with you.

At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing or market research contact. We may also use that information to let you know of additional products and services about which you might be interested.   • Reminders for registration rate increase (ie: Earlybird) Agenda updates

We will make every reasonable effort to minimize these communications, and duplication. We will also make every reasonable effort to ensure the CEMs sent to you will be related to subject matter that could apply to your role(s) within your organization.
